AI-Driven Digital Marketing
In this blog post, I'm covering a topic which I believe is super important for those of us operating online.
Which is, how to maintain a state of inner peace and calmness when running paid ads?
Specially when you have spent your own money and you are not happy with the results.
His or her emotions are always changing during the day, due to the results they see on Ads Manager.
You wake up in the morning, the ads is performing super well and you are super excited, thinking you gonna have a great day, and then most of the ads stop performing.
For experience advertisers, they know how to handle this but when you are new it's not easy, specially if you are running your own ads.
Cultivate Equanimity whe running Facebook Ads
I'm using this word (Equanimity) which I borrowed from Ed Mylett new book "The Power of One". To cultivate equanimity means to stay calm and collected when facing hard times or challenges out of your control.
Because you can't control your ads' performance 100%.
But you can control your response to your results.
Instead of feeling down and motivated, have a farmer's mindset.
Cultivate a Farmer's Mindset
Online advertisers are like farmers, each ad is like a seed, some seeds will bear fruit some won't!
The farmer does not change all his plantation, just because some of his seeds didn't produce any fruits, he just clean the place and plants again a new seed.
The farmer does not doubt his ability to plant seeds, he just keeps planting, knowing that some will produce fruits and some won't.
How to cultivate a state of Calmness and inner peace
Not everything works for everyone but these are the habits that I practice to cultivate inner peace and calmness.
When I practice these habits, I always feel at my best, regardless of what's happening in the world or my results online.
If I was to recommend one or two, I would say starting your day connecting with God and exercising outdoors.
Running is my favourite habit when I need to get back on track.
This Happens when you operate from a place of inner peace:
- You feel calmer
-You think better
- You have better ideas
- you listen better
- You make better decisions
- You are less judgmental
-You are more kinder to yourself
To quote Ed Mylett, to be successful in 2022, we need to cultivate equanimity and have lots of inner calmness while facing difficult situations.

Until the Next Post.
