How a \"Free Advice\" Led Me to Spent Over $200 with a Hair Expert

In this week's blog post, I'm sharing my personal experience with a hair specialist which led me to spent over $200 with the expert.


This experience made me think about the power of giving or providing your best advice for free without expecting anything back.


I have been shaving my head for over 20 years.


Since my teens years, when I started listening to 2pac, because he was bald and I was a 2pac fan, baldness became my style.


Like they say bald and black is beautiful!


I love having my head shining and being bald but it's uncomfortable when I shave and see my head red or with spots.

Sometimes we only seek help when the pain is Too Much!

My scalp was getting irritated, and the redness was something I could not hide and I wanted to get rid of.


So I did what people usually do these days, I searched on Google for a hair scalp expert and found this amazing lady.


Before I reached out to her, I had tried different products on my own but nothing seemed to work.

The Power Of Providing Value Upfront Without Expecting Anything Back

All this happened while I was about to travel to Asia for 3 weeks and I really needed help.


I took pictures and wrote her an email explaining what was happening and I don't know how but she managed to see my email and quickly replied back.


"Sometimes we need to trust a stranger who knows more than us about a specific topic"


She told me to buy a product which cleaned my scalp and stop using some products that I had been using all my life.


Those products were making things worse.


I bought the product she recommeded and the irritation calmed down and the redness started to disappear.

My Advice for you:


When something is painful or uncomfortable in your life, try to solve it IMMEDIATELY!

2 weeks ago, I went to see this amazing hair expert and spent over $200 for the consultation and products for the treatment.


I'm so grateful for her help but what if she had not replied to my email?


She would have lost a $200 patient!


A Lesson here: When someone seeks your help, please give your best help!


Because when you do, people will comeback for more and trust you to help them.
