Sometimes a little rest is all we need to recharge and refocus.


June was not an easy month for me.


Things were great overall but inside of me it seems like I was not happy about something.


I couldn't identify what it was straight away but once I started thinking about it, I noticed that I had

stopped doing my daily habits such as, waking up early, reading, journaling and running.


I was working a lot but I was not making time for me, or I was wasting my free time.


Have you ever felt like in the last 30 days, when you suddenly stop doing the things that you enjoy?

Do This when you feel like you're losing your mojo?

  • Make waking up well rested a priority, try to sleep 6-8 hours a day a few days in a row.


  • Skip reading the News, instead pick a book that inspires you


  • Recommit to your big goals but taking small actions towards them.


  • Laugh: Watch something that makes you laugh such as stand-up comedy on YouTube


Whether you are running a business or working for someone, there are times when you will feel off, those are the time when you will need to show compassion to yourself and learn how to get back to your best self.
